Late/Absence Procedures

Reporting an Absence

If your child is unable to attend school, please contact the school office as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• your child’s name;

• the reason for their absence.

If we have not heard from you by 9:30am, a member of the office team will try to contact you to make sure your child is safe and to confirm the reason for their absence.

Arriving Late

If your child arrives after the gates have closed, please bring them to the school office so that they can be signed in correctly.
