The Zones of Regulation were designed to provide a visual representation of how we are feeling & behaving. The aim is to teach children strategies to 'get back to green' which means they are ready to learn and feeling ok. If children can learn and apply these strategies they can begin to develop self awareness and increased independence. Please ask if you would like more information about the documents below.
