Our learning quest this term is World War 2. We are looking at events throughout the war which became a turning point in British and world history.
We have made World War 2 gas masks in DT. Here are a few of them being used!
In history, we have used primary sources (the 1939 Register) to find evidence of Operation Pied Piper in Oake, Bradford-on-Tone and Nynehead as well as elsewhere in the local area. The children excitedly found these evacuees; some of whom even went to Oake school - our school hall!
