Maths Day
Today, we celebrated our school maths day. We completed a range of activities to showcase our understanding of ratio.
Trip to the Tank Museum
To start our final half term, we went on a trip to the Tank Museum to develop and showcase our understanding of World War 2.

Heritage Centre Experience
We were very fortunate to have a visit from the Heritage Centre to support our learning about World War 2.
Emma Carroll visit
To celebrate fishing SATs, to support our learning of World War 2 and to support us to be great writers, we had a visit from the 'Queen of Historical Fiction', Emma Carroll. She shared her story about becoming a writer, completed a Q&A session (where the children had lots of questions) and then we completed a writing workshop with her.

Coldharbour Mill
To dive deep into our local history project we visited Coldharbour Mill - a mill owned by the Fox brothers for turning wool into a useable project before it went to their mill in Wellington.
