Wrap Around Care - Booking forms
Wraparound Care
We offer Before School Club and After School Club to support families who need care outside the normal school day.
Before School Club
Children can be dropped off from 8:00am and will be taken to their classrooms at 8:45am.
Cost:
8:00am–8:45am – £5.00 per child
After School Club
After School Club can be booked for the following sessions:
3:30pm–4:30pm – £6.00
4:30pm–5:30pm – £5.50
3:30pm–5:30pm – £11.50
Children attending After School Club should bring a snack with them.
Booking
All sessions must be booked and paid for through ParentPay.
Parents and carers must also complete a Wraparound Care Registration Form before their child attends.
Bookings and payment should normally be made at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellations
We require 7 days’ notice to cancel a booked session.
Cancellations should be made through the school office. Sessions cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice will still be charged.
Ad Hoc Bookings
We encourage families to book in advance wherever possible, but we understand that occasional last-minute care may be needed.
If you need to book a session with less than 7 days’ notice, an ad hoc booking can be made through ParentPay, subject to availability.
Ad Hoc Charges
8:00am–8:45am – £5.50
3:30pm–4:30pm – £6.50
4:30pm–5:30pm – £7.00
3:30pm–5:30pm – £13.50
Late Collection
Please collect children promptly at the end of their booked session.
A late collection charge of £1 per minute applies after the agreed collection time.
For example:
5 minutes late – £5
10 minutes late – £10
15 minutes late – £15
If you think you may be late collecting your child, please contact the school as soon as possible.
